Sweet and Sour rye is a type of scalded sourdough rye bread. It's high on fiber, with mild sweet and sour taste and added fragrant carraway seeds - not so heavy but a very hearty, memorable bread. The shelf life of the Sweet & Sour Rye is about 5 days. It freezes well too.
